compelling

Not sure what just happened there, but I liked it! Real shame you couldn't finish it, because that robot/monkey fight fucking RULED. You're a great animator. You should do something epic

ZekeySpaceyLizard responds:

I should.
Perhaps eventually I will.

hehe

that was pretty sweet. What did he drop in the toilet? That bit passed me by. But the animation was smooth, some nice black humour in there, I enjoyed it.

Peda responds:

glad u liked the dark comedy i love so very much. It was his wallet in the toilet, although acceptable alternatives include his passport or a lot of money.
Have a nice day :)

fantabulous

V.v.v. good
Kinda like Bad Guys in terms of humour...but with better voice acting. Loved it :D

Aerdail responds:

Thanks, I've heard that comment about Bad Guys before.

:D:D:D

You used my music! omgwtf

This was a great flash for 24 hours. Some really smooth fbf.
Good work!
Lots of love
Me :)

devilsgarage responds:

I so loved your music, I listened to it for 4 hours continuously on loop before i finally started animating my stuff. without that music the whole thing would suck, a million thanks for that. looking forward to more interesting pieces from you !!!

lolzzzz

That was humorous. Make a sequel >:0

xtil responds:

Why do you have all these amazing movies that take you years to submit to the portal?
It was great by the way, but still...what's the deal?

Dustball responds:

We basically have hours and hours and hours of old stuff we did on video tape. All these years later I'm trying to pick out of few of the best things to bring to NG.

this review is not dolphin safe :(

Great flash! Really liked the Atari bit and the 'what are the odds' part and all the extras were neat. The large file size is a puzzle, it always happens to me too, no matter how much I compress. Grr.
But, yeah, frontpa-ge frontpage frontpage frontpage, frontpa-ge...frontpage...
5'd

shampawnya responds:

Thanks man. Yes the file size is now the great riddle of our time.... I did junk up the FLA with a lot of stuff I didn't get to... and there was a lot of audio tracks, one scene has 5 layers of audio... next time I'm planning on compacting it down into 1 wav per scene. Thanks for the Frontpage support!

This...

...didn't warrant the opening sequence, where you did the age old 'here are all the characters in cool poses with their names and super special catchphrases and stuff'. This early in a series, I don't give a crap about your characters. I just want to get to the comedy!
But, opening sequence aside, I was quietly impressed. Good smooth artwork, I liked the sword stuff and the Japenese guy's entrance :P Just, please, for me, don't do another pointless opening sequence like that ever again.

FleckoGold responds:

Awww...Ya GOTTA have the age old characters in cool poses with their names and catch phrases n stuff...Thats what makes a series a series!

But in the second episode, the opening sequence has changed...still makes you give a crap about my characters....(actually these are based off real people so in order for these to be MY characters, I'd have to be God...Which someone said that I was, so hey!) but I made it much more interesting.

Go check it out if you haven't already.

blurrrr

It was pretty good. You shouldn't have compressed it quite so much, that's all I'd say. The music was a bit distracting with all the low quality popping along with it. Plus, keep your frame rate low next time. It's easier to draw stuff on a low frame rate anywoo.
But yeah, good flash.

notorious responds:

thanks for tha good reviewww

it has violences in it, of course it scores high

But it WAS actually pretty good. And not just because I like that SoaD song. I liked your use of camera effects. I wish I could get MY camera action script to work >:(

AcidX responds:

Meh, mine was all done with tweens/seprate pictures.
Next time I'll prolly use the actionscript camera though. It'll save me so much time.
